We do not offer a part day option at camp. Once you’re there, you stay there. That’s just the way we roll!

If you have no way of paying online, contact your youth leader and they will help you sort that out. We don’t want anyone to miss out on being a part of this awesome camp!

If any groups are sponsoring a camper to attend, the youth leader needs to complete the online registration and payment on their behalf.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I need to leave?

Ultimately, we would like everyone to be at camp for the entire weekend. We do, however, understand that in some rare circumstances, individuals may need to leave the camp.

If for any reason you need to leave camp, then you must complete a leave pass form. We will not be able to accept any requests for leave passes after 5.00pm on Tuesday, 30th of March.

We will only be issuing leave passes for exceptional circumstances. While discussion is welcome, we at the camp make the final call on whether a camper will be granted a leave pass.

If you require a leave pass, please complete a leave form.

What happens if I get sick?

If you get sick in the week leading up to camp, then you need to let us know. It would not be cool if you brought in a bug that got any of the other people sick. You can either ring us on 021 071 1490 or contact us.

Please note – we reserve the right to decide if you are well enough to attend camp or not based on your symptoms. This is to protect you from feeling miserable at camp AND to ensure the safety and wellbeing of other campers.

A full refund will be arranged for those who can provide a doctor’s certificate.
